en concordia gladly ships for free to the 48 contiguous states in the US, including Washington, DC. But we do not ship to Post Office boxes. We do reserve the right to refuse the shipment of any order at our sole discretion. If we are unable to ship your order for any reason, we will issue you a full refund and contact you immediately—we love when you leave your phone number but email is great, too.
