Anarchy in a jar Strawberry Balsamic Jam
JAM THAT'S ADULTING, WITH JUST THE RIGHT BALANCE OF NOSTALGIA... The way jam should be: fruity, sweet, tart, and delicious enough to eat alone on a teeny spoon, if that's how you like it. Italians love to eat fresh strawberries with a drizzle of real aged balsamic vinegar for a swoon-worthy dessert. Anarchy in a jar copied them LOL.
Using just sweet strawberries, real cane sugar, a bit of aged balsamic vinegar to emulsify and balance the berries, and a little lemon juice to add some nice acidity and depth. How do we like to eat it? It's amazing with fresh ricotta on sourdough, on a steak & gorgonzola sandwich (trust us), or classic on a PB&J. Go nuts.
