Berard Round Olive Wood Cutting Board
Handcrafted out of a single piece of olive wood rich in the beautiful vivid grain that makes each piece unique--no seams makes a stunning board!
Olive wood is very dense--it resists odors and stains better than other types of wood making it ideal for grazing boards and cheese trays. For the best results in maintaining its beauty, Berard suggests that you do NOT use strong detergents. Simply hand wash and rinse the pieces in warm water and leave to dry in a vertical position. Never soak or submerge your cutting board. And do not put in the dishwasher.. To prevent the wood from drying out, occasionally apply some vegetable oil, food safe mineral oil or beeswax.
